Air Cleanse Wand

As a technology leader in fiber polishing, Domaille is continually creating innovative new products that help our customers improve their polishing yields and throughput by tightly controlling variables in the polishing process.  By eliminating or minimizing process variation, yields will significantly increase. 

The Air Cleanse wand was developed by the Domaille technology team after watching multiple methods for cleaning and seeing all the scratches on the fiber end face that were caused by improper cleaning. 

The Air Cleanse wand kit has an integrated pressurized fluid and filter system for debris free cleaning operations.  It is designed for integration with the Domaille polishing machine by connecting to the existing air line.  Use the wand to clean polishing media from any surface including the polishing fixture, film or machine. The Air Cleanse wand can accurately spray air, fluid ora pressurized mist.  The Air Cleanse wand comes with a special 2μm filtering system that eliminates process variables associated with contaminated cleaning fluids.
