Ultra PC Finish in the Final Step 

The 3M863XW provides the final step in a complete line of 3M polishing products. Used as a finishing film the 863XW is made from precisely graded particles, precision coated on a high strength polyester film backing. Meeting Telcordia Standards GR-326 the film provides back reflection of <-55dB (Ultra PC Polish) when used correctly, and has a high first pass yield, therefore minimising re-work. The film eliminates slurries and messy clean up, provides consistent results, improved throughput and reduced cost of equipment maintenance. The film is available in discs, sheets and rolls. The film should be cleaned with DI water and a clean tissue between uses. Connectors and polishing jig should also be cleaned to avoid scratches.
