JDSU Inspection Probes
Inspection probes allow viewing of connectors assembled inside patch panels or in the back plane without the need to remove the equipment or hardware to view the fibre. These ergonomic probes fit can be connected either to a portable display or, with the digital probe, to a computer to allow image capture.
A range of tips are available for viewing different types of connectors mounted in adaptors or in the back plane. Probes are available with different magnification values and can be chosen to operate with either a hand held display or, in a digital version, with a PC or laptop computer.
