Low Smoke Zero Halogen -
Tight Buffered Premise Distribution Cables

Internal - External Application

Premise Distribution Style Cable

Premise Distribution Cables feature a compact, flexible packaging for a wide variety of premise and campus applications, including fibre-to-the-desk. The construction comprises colour coded 900µm tight buffered fibres oversheathed with Kevlar aramid yarn strength members and jacketed with a Low Smoke Zero Halogen jacket.

The small diameter and high flexibility allows these cables to be installed easily in crowded areas and cabinets. The cables are available with up to 72 optical fibres: up to 24 fibres they are made up as a central bundle, with 36 or more fibres in the cable, the fibres are separated into sub groups, each sub group having a strength member and jacket. Hybrid cables can be supplied with a combination of singlemode and multimode fibres. Fibres of a like type are sub grouped together.
