MT-RJ to SC Patchcord

The MT-RJ fibre optic interconnection system offers a new solution for cost-effective fibre optic networking. This is based on the two-fibre MT-RJ connector which is even smaller than a standard RJ-45 connector and is about half the size of the SC connector thus offering twice the port density of traditional fibre optic connectors.

The MT-RJ is the start of a complete range of multimode and singlemode interconnect products. Tech Optics is pleased to offer cable assemblies from stock using the MT-RJ connector. MT-RJ assemblies can be supplied as hybrid assemblies with the MT-RJ at one end and the connector of your choice (with only a few exceptions) at the other end.

MT-RJ assemblies can be custom made to specific needs, for example, hybrid assemblies with other styles of connector, such as MFM or FC. Multicore MPO connectors with up to 12 fibres in a ribbon configuration can be used to produce MPO to MT-RJ fan out assemblies.
